When you rent our private villa, you are renting the whole property.
Our villa has 4 bedrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. If your groups consists of 9-12 guests, there is spare bedding that can be made up. There's no additional charge for extra guests, however, larger groups are considered for acceptance based on their own merits.

We usually allow no more than 12 guests in total. Groups over 8 guests are accepted only after discussion.
All prices are shown in SGD (Singapore Dollar, not US Dollars). Special holidays include periods such as Songkran, Chinese New Year, King's Birthday, Loi Krathong, and others. A guest is any individual in your group, regardless of age. Children are recognised as being 16yrs or younger. All other ages are recognised as adults. A nanny or any other own staff, is recognised as a normal adult guest.

Their service and food they cook is the best in Phuket
Everything is perfect and our family had wonderful time, we don't even want to leave. If I travel to Phuket again, definitely I will stay in Marc's villa again. And also thanks to manager Noi and team, their service and food they cook is the best in Phuket.

Villa Baan Panwa is not part of the Sri Panwa Hotel. We are a privately-owned Residence Villa inside Sri Panwa Resort. As such, we do have access to all resort facilities.
